Good Morning

It's down right warm here today.... 14 degrees above zero... but the bad news is its SNOWING again.... 4-6 more inches. the plows are pushing the snowbanks back to make room for yet more snow. Feb is usually the month with the most snowfall... I hope not. Im going stir crazy I'm telling you. with the weather and my foot both keeping me in the house this winter...... Can you feel my pain? :>)
I'm Watching the train journey this morning. Kinda interesting but would you go and stand there all day to see him get sworn in when we can watch it on tv and be nice and warm? Good luck to those millons of people they expect and the more power to them too. brrrr
Leo is working down the basement and he turned off the furnace to use one of his power tools and forgot to turn it back on..... Im freezing but then it is 65 in here and that is what its kept on at night. My nose is cold though so I asked him to turn the furnace back on until it gets back up to 70. I do have warm clothes on but still, my fingers and nose are freezing, LOL

A BEAUTIFUL COLD SUNNY DAY

It is a beautiful day because the sun is shinning and that is probably the reason it is so darn cold too.... We are lucky to have our furnace for sure! The schools are all closed today because it is -31 F. with the wind chill. I doubt if it will get to 0 today. If a person such as me will have to have a sore foot now is the perfect time for it, don't you agree? As long as I have Leo to run errands for me and he loves having something to do so Iam set.
The kitty is laying in the window and he is warm there in the sun. Probably the warmest place in the house because he always seems to find the best place.
I haven't much else to say today unless you want me to make something up,lol
Just hope you are all having a nice day today and keeping warm

If it isn't one thing its another

I didn't make it to church again today...... I think I have gout but its in my ankle this time and I cannot walk....... probably my diet but thats the way it goes.... will not give up this time when it is doing so well. I can pretend it is caused from being overweight and as soon as more lbs come off it will go away once and for all. Maybe my weight caused me to sprain an ankle of break a small bone.... ever hear of that one, lol well that is my story today and I will get over this. I have my cane and walker for times like these and will be using them. I will also be sitting a lot and that can't be too good for losing weight but Im not making any delicious deserts etc so it may balance out for the time being.... Working in the yard has been getting too hard so I want to lose some weight so I can play in the yard this summer..... I just heard if you are 60 or below you can live to be 1000 so maybe I will live to be 100 if I take better care...... stay tuned :)
Im going to go back and watch the football game. Im in a fantasy league with my sons etc and Im doing good so far.... beating them anyway.
